Office Pod Membership

Office Pod Membership gives you your own private, dedicated deluxe desk setup in a 50 square foot greenhouse structure. It’s a great size space with polycarbonate walls and door (you can add a lock to it too!) for keeping all your equipment and belongings collected in one space. You can design the room any way you like, and it gives you an ethernet port, storage, and unlimited 24/7 access to all the open coworking space facilities and amenities. Office pods are billed month-to-month, and incredibly flexible.

Terms: Minimum term is 30 days and there is a one-time sign-up fee of $15. For the first month, the invoice will be a pro-rated calculated rate if the start date is after the 1st of the month, meaning that if you want to cancel after just 1 month there can be a second prorated invoice and billing for the remaining days left of a full calendar month. Invoice billing is automatically drafted from the credit/debit card or bank on file the 1st day of each month, with additional attempts in the following days if it is unsuccessful. A late fee of $15 applies for payments received 5 days after invoice date. Memberships automatically renew 7 days before the end of each month unless a cancellation request is submitted. Cancellation/refund options are not available after the start of the services for the month. Discount options are available.

  • Open Desk Membership includes 24/7 access and you will have a personal door code to enter the office at any time.

  • It does not come included, but you can select the add-on option for “Virtual Office” at checkout (+$15/month). It includes your personal mail folder, as well as mail management software/app for shreds, scans, forwards, and pickup requests. You also get your logo displayed in our lobby!

  • Createscape has an equipment checkout station with keyboards, mice, laptop chargers, phone/tablet chargers, headphones, microphones, and so many more adapters and cables. There are also laptop stands and monitors available in each work room. All our equipment is free for members and guests to use for 1 day at a time on a first come, first serve basis.

  • If you are bringing a guest in for a short meeting (1 hour or less) in the open seating areas or for a meeting room reservation, they do not need to check in unless you want to direct them to get a guest code from our welcome desk. Open Desk Membership does include 2 guest day passes each month however, so if you want to put those to use just have them sign in at the tablet in our lobby.

  • We welcome well-behaved, quiet dogs at our office as long as you agree to and fill out our pet policy form so we can keep it on file. Just make sure to take them outside regularly, use a leash when appropriate, and keep an eye on them at all times.

  • Meeting room booking credits and guest passes are refilled on your member account each month but they do not roll over so they can only be used during the month period that they are assigned.

  • If you are paying upfront for at least 3 months at a time, we can generate a custom invoice for you with a 10% discount applied on the total of membership cost. Keep in mind that we can not offer refunds if you opt in to this option and ask to cancel early.

  • The member portal gives you full access to switch membership types for upcoming months, or cancel when you need to. If you would like to make a membership change mid-month, just reach out to us and we can create an invoice to reflect the prorated change of plans.

  • You are more than welcome to make phone calls and carry conversation in any of the work rooms or kitchen as long as indoor voices are used and the volume level is kept courteous to others working in proximity to you. Additionally, we have 5 call rooms available to drop into for some privacy. In addition, our two smaller meeting rooms are options for taking private calls as long as they are empty and you are not conflicting with a paid reservation.

  • Our large, free parking lot is located around back of the building next to our main entrance. There is additional parking in front of the building as well as alongside nearby neighborhood streets. A bike rack is located next to the main building entrance around back. Vehicles must not be parked in our parking lot longer than 24 hours at a time. Building security periodically monitors the parking lot for abandoned vehicles and other issues.

  • There are a lot of awesome East Austin places nearby to get drinks, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Native Grocery is located across our parking lot and serves tacos and Mediterranean food. Flitch Coffee is located just a couple blocks down the street for those who want expanded coffee options. Check out our full list of recommendations here.

  • We offer a 10% discount for military, students, teachers, artists, nonprofit organizations, and groups of 4 or more. Discounts cannot be combined. You may apply for a discount here.
