For this year's "Austin Coworking Day" (September 27) celebration, we had drinks, barbecue, live music, games, and great conversation with members and guests from the community. It was also a chance for us to celebrate 5 years, and it was a lot of fun, and we really appreciate everyone joining us for the festivities at Createscape and supporting local coworking. Createscape member Pablo Serna works as an architect with his own company, and in this interview he discusses projects around Austin. Austin is a hot market for remodeling work and East Austin, in particular. Pablo works with Realtors and new homeowners to gut older homes, repair structural problems, and renovate houses to open up space that was originally made up of a lot of small spaces.
