Your Look at Austin's E.A.S.T. 2019 at Tillery
For the sixth year, Createscape will be a host site for EAST Austin Studio Tour November 16-17 and November 23-24 and we’re gearing up with a lot of great artists who will be putting together exhibitions at the space. The Study Hall, the Studio Space, and the main building hallways along with other neighbor suites at the building will all be transformed into artist galleries for two weekends this month.
Featured artists include Hallie Rae Ward (returning for her sixth year- she’s been with us since the beginning!), Toni Toscano, Miles Payton, Lauren Johnson of Psst! Press, and John Swanger. These artists’ work includes mixed media art, photography, and paintings and we are hosting stops #352 through #355 on the tour. EAST a free, self-guided art exhibition event put on by Big Medium every November that goes on all across the east side of Austin, so we’re excited to be participating again. We’ll have drinks and snacks both weekends as well, so make sure to swing by Createscape and check out these artists’ work from 12pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 16-17 & 23-24).
