This week Createscape is excited to be finishing up the first phase of renovations and design for our new expansion in the Tillery building. Everything is just about in place and we are thrilled to start showing off the new east wing both to current members to use and for office tours. Stay tuned for an upcoming announcement about our open house party at the beginning of January with drinks, music, and a chance to come by and tour the new facilities (including some opportunities at giveaways).
We have two private offices that are now available! People have inquired about private offices for awhile and we now can provide this new offering to the community.Check out the new private offices page on the website for all the details, photos, and pricing. Hurry, they’ll be gone quickly! And remember, you’re not just getting a private office. Our private offices come with all the perks of our Createscape membership: 24/7 access, 100Mbps wifi speeds, free parking, printer/scanner use, coffee and tea, conference room use, call rooms, business mail, member events, and use of the whole shared office space to work. Private offices start at $700/month and go up to $1000/month. They also come with a custom furnishing/desk setup unique to you; the photos here and on the website are just ideas for possible basic setups.

Expansion Project Almost Completed!
Five new designated desks and eighteen new general coworking desks/spots are also going to be made available by this Friday, December 16. The new space will have more lounges and different seating types as well as standing desk areas. All members will have code access to both the east and west wings of Createscape.
Memberships are just $160/month for general coworking and $320/month for designated desks. Groups of 3 or more get a 10% discount, and if you sign up for a 6 or 12 month commitment, the rates are reduced as well.
